Porterfield R4S performance street brake pads, rear, 1994-02 size
This is our favorite all-around pad. It'll work well on the street, the autocross course and even light track use. Quiet, slightly higher effort than stock pads. Not recommended for full on road race use in the front as they will likely overheat. Carbon Kevlar construction.
Fits the rear brakes on all 1994-00 models, often called "1.8 brakes". They also fit the standard brakes on 2001-02 US Miatas. These do not fit the larger "Sport" brakes, which were found on 2001-05 cars that came with factory 16" or larger wheels. Cars outside the US built after 2002 may use the 1.8 brakes.
To confirm you have the correct parts, you can call Flyin' Miata or measure your front rotor diameter. The rear rotor diameter for the 1.8 brakes is 9.9", the Sport brakes are 10.9".
Does not include replacement springs, clips and other hardware. One box (quantity 1) has enough pads for one axle or two calipers.
