Bosch Premium oil filter for NA/NB/ND
Your engine oil is critical to the life of your engine, so don't trust it to some random oil filter. Bosch Premium filters filter particles down to 20 microns, compared to 30 microns for the standard Bosch. They have 99% efficiency and can retain 7% more contaminants, keeping them out of your oil.
But that's not all! Our high capacity filter (shown) is 1" longer than stock for 40% more capacity. This means more surface area of the filtering media and less pressure loss through the filter. It also means it can trap more dirt before the bypass opens. If you have the extra room in your engine bay - most NA and NB Miatas do - we recommend it. Unfortunately, the high capacity filter does not fit the ND.
