NC Hard Dog harness bar upgrade

Hard Dog harness bar can be added to the NC Hard Dog Sport bars for extra bracing. This bar also supplies the mounting point for the top latch on softtop cars. Since installation becomes much easier, we do strongly recommend this option.

Must be ordered with the bar. This part is welded in during fabrication, so it cannot easily be added later.
