Wiseco seamless piston ring installer

Sure, you can get by with adjustable ring installers. But they always have a groove in them which can catch your rings, which leads to much sadness. This seamless tool is sized perfectly for our pistons, so the rings slip right into place.
Forged from 4032 alloy, they're hard anodized and coated to reduce wear and friction, and they are laser etched with the bore size. The tapered inner diameter guides your rings into the block smoothly. Much cheaper than a broken ring.

Suitable for any rings of the matching bore, but here are the Miata equivalents.

• 79.0: 1.6, 1mm overbore (FM 9:1 pistons)
• 84.0: 1.8, 1mm overbore (FM 9:1 pistons)
• 84.5: 1.8, 1.5mm overbore (FM 9:1 stroker pistons)
• 85.0: 1.8, 2.0mm overbore (FM 11:1 stroker pistons)
• 87.5: MZR/Duratec 2.0, stock size
• 88.0: MZR/Duratec 2.0, 0.5mm overbore
